The venue for the event will be announced within January 2024, where all the plenary and oral/poster presentations will be held and meals and refreshments will be served.
Getting to Conference Venue
The participants may request the Conference Secretariat to provide the needed information to get the venue, and help them for any kind of reservation. But there is important information:
Ahwaz, the capital city of Khouzestan province, is served well by road and sky. There are many daily direct flights from Tehran Mehrabad Airport to Ahwaz Airport. Foreign delegates arriving in Tehran's Imam Khomeini International Airport should go to Mehrabad Airport for domestic flights. International flights are also available from different countries such as Kuwait to Ahwaz directly.
Note: As the past experiences, we are ready to help the participants during their travel from any city in Iran to Ahwaz city.
Conference delegates are advised to make their booking well in advance to avoid problems in finding tickets.
Visa
Please check whether you need visa to enter Iran. For such a purpose, each foreign attendee will get his/her visa at an embassy/consulate of Iran that is convenient for him/her or may apply for airport visa. Note 1: As the past experiences, we are ready to help the participants to get the required visa.
Note 2: In order to apply for visa, please apply at least one month earlier the conference, otherwise maybe it is difficult to get visa.

Electronic Visa
All types of visa defined by the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be applied for through the online visa application portal. For such a purpose, each foreign attendee may check with the nearest Iranian embassy/consulate or may check website of Evisa Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran (https://evisa.mfa.ir/en/).
